After signing up, you'll have the opportunity to select from our three available packages: Gold, Platinum, or Diamond. Each package offers different levels of benefits and coverage, so carefully review the features and pricing to determine which one best suits your needs.
Complete Payment
Once you've chosen the package that aligns with your preferences, you'll need to complete the payment process. You can do this through our secure online payment portal or follow the payment instructions provided b
Receive Your Membership Card
After successful payment, you'll receive a confirmation of your eHealth Lifeline Plan membership. Additionally, you will be issued a membership card that will serve as your proof of enrollment in the chosen package. This card can be used to access the benefits and services associated with your selected plan.
